This is a theory and practical based session. This workshop is designed to increase participants’ understanding of the decision making process around DNACPR and equip them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to take part in discussions about a patient’s DNACPR. The workshop examines the ethical issue of prolonging life against a patient’s chances of recovery and their own preferences and values.
