As a local charity we are reliant on the local schools in our area to Get Behind Heart of Kent Hospice and support us with your fundraising. The money raised from schools and colleges is an amazing £15,000 which can run our Inpatient Unit for 3 whole days; we honestly couldn’t continue to provide our compassionate care without your support. In addition to the fantastic monies raised, schools and colleges are an excellent way of spreading awareness of Heart of Kent Hospice and what we do. We want to support you as best that we can so would be happy to arrange a meeting with you to discuss ideas or an assembly to tell your school a little more about the Hospice and how you can get involved.
What can you do?
Host a non-uniform day- Non-uniform days, whether it be a “Christmas Jumper day” or “Wear your silly socks to school”, are an easy way to raise money.
