Time - A time of your choosing

Run, walk, row, swim or cycle your way to a fitter you this January! Pick your distance and sport and raise funds for the Hospice.


Step 1 – Sign up for FREE using the attached booking form.

Step 2 – Choose your sport -. Pick your favourite sport or try one you have never taken on before but always wanted to, you can choose from cycling, swimming, walking, rowing or running.

Step 3 - Choose your distance, whether 10 miles, 100 miles or 1,000 miles it is your choice.

Step 4 – Select from a t-shirt / running vest and choose your size, this will be posted to you once you have returned your booking form. 

Step 5 – Sign up to Strava and follow Heart of Kent Hospice www.strava.com/athletes/42951937 New to Strava? Email emma.greenwood@hokh.co.uk to request a set up guide.

Step 6 – Ask family and friends to sponsor you and raise a minimum of £50 for Heart of Kent Hospice.

Step 6 – Take on your challenge over the course of January.

Step 7 – Ensure that you log all your activities on Strava. You are welcome to use other tracking apps and send screenshots of all your completed activities to emma.greenwood@hokh.co.uk. You are also able to use stationary machines e.g. in a gym but you will need to take photos of the screens showing the distance.

Step 8 – At the end of the month the total distance you have completed will be added up and then you will receive a certificate for your achievements.
