Thank you for organising your own fundraiser on behalf of Heart of Kent Hospice. We can only achieve all that we do with the support of wonderful people like you. Every pound you raise helps us to provide free, compassionate, end-of-life care to local families in our community.

So whether you’re taking on a personal challenge or fundraising as part of a team or community group, we’re here to support you.

Fundraising pack

We have created this fundraising pack to help guide you on your fundraising journey, to help you plan and to be successful.

If you are planning a bake sale or considering including refreshments at your event, please read the brief overview and additional advice regarding Natasha's Law concerning allergenic ingredients and food safety.

Fundraising tools

Plus, we have a range of fundraising tools for you to download, which include event and thank you posters, social media graphics, jam jar wrap and sponsorship form.  All the resources you think you’ll need to kick off your fundraising adventure.

If you want to organise an event but need inspiration, check out the A-Z of fundraising ideas in our pack or you could join one of our exciting challenge events, such as wing walking or sky diving and simply encourage others to sponsor you.

If you’ve already baked up a storm, run further than you’ve ever run before, or even braved the shave and have lots of lovely donations from your friends, family and colleagues, the pack has all details of where to pay in your fundraising donations.

Why fundraise for us?

When you raise money for Heart of Kent Hospice, you enable us to improve the comfort, health, independence and happiness of everyone living with a terminal illness in our community, including their loved ones.

When Nathan took on his fundraising challenge, to run 5km every day for a year, it was to mark the 5th anniversary of the death of his beloved mum, Kate.

“Sport has a special place in my heart and so does my mum. This challenge, and raising money for Heart of Kent Hospice, has been the best way I could commemorate her.”
