If you are able to give a donation of £1,000 or more, your kindness will provide compassionate care to people living with a terminal illness, helping them and those who love them to navigate a way through the challenges ahead.

Perhaps you’re considering a single donation or a regular gift over a number of years. Some people are happy to contribute to the Hospice’s running costs and others prefer to support a specific area of our work such as:

  • Care at Home - supporting people with a terminal illness to enjoy the best possible quality of life in their own homes.
  • Dementia Care - specialist clinical and emotional support which is available immediately after diagnosis and throughout the illness.
  • Family Support - including counselling, bereavement support, support for children, spiritual care, welfare advice.
  • Inpatient Unit - for patients who choose the Hospice for end-of-life care and for those who need their symptoms stabilised before returning home.
  • Hospice Hub - drop-in sessions and other opportunities to access specialist day support at the Hospice in an informal and friendly environment.

We want to make sure that giving a major gift to Heart of Kent Hospice is a rewarding experience for you. We would love to speak to you about it and to answer any questions you may have.
