Thirty-five years ago, in the Heart of Kent, a small group of people came together with a shared belief; that no one should face the end of life alone, afraid, or without dignity. They didn't begin with a building or a blueprint. They began with compassion - a quiet, determined promise to care for their community.
For three and a half decades, our community has helped ensure that thousands of local families received comfort, dignity, and specialist support at the most difficult times.

As we reflect on 35 years of care, we are also looking ahead. By 2040, the number of people aged 65 and over in Kent is expected to rise by a third. More families will turn to us for support, and we are steadfast in our commitment to be ready for every single one.
