Send a greeting card with 'Making a Difference' and we will receive a minimum of £1 donation for every card you send.

Whether you're looking to send a personalised birthday card, anniversary card, thank you card or even a welcome to your new home card - Making a Difference cards has a huge range of personalised and e-cards for you to choose from.

You can fully personalise the greeting cards and e-cards, by uploading photos and adding text, then choose the date and time that you want them to be delivered up to a year in advance.

The cards are made in the UK using FSC certified materials and are fully recyclable - they use no glitter or harmful products in the production of your cards.

Gift from the heart cards

Instead of sending a gift to someone this year, why not make a donation to our Hospice on their behalf with a 'Gift from the Heart'.

We have recently launched a new range of 'Gift from the Heart' cards, which represent a donation to the Hospice on behalf of the recipient. Cards are available with the donation values of £10, £20, £30, £50 or £100. Details of how the donation will help make a difference to the lives of others is included inside the card on the left hand side, leaving the right side blank for you to write your greeting message.
