Remember your loved one with a leaf or flower on our Memory Tree

We know that losing someone can be incredibly hard and having a meaningful place to visit and something to hold onto and treasure can help with the grieving process.

At the heart of hospice garden stands our beautiful copper Memory Tree, a sculpture created for reflection and remembrance. You can dedicate a leaf or flower engraved with your loved one’s name to be placed on its branches as a lasting tribute to someone special.

We hope the Memory Tree provides a place of comfort and serves as a gentle reminder of those we love and the memories we cherish.

The Memory Tree blossoms with every leaf and flower added in honour of a loved one. Each memory placed upon its branches is a heartfelt tribute and every donation helps Heart of Kent Hospice continue to grow and care for those who need it most.

We’ll be in touch to confirm your dedication and to invite you to the hospice to place your leaf or flower on the Memory Tree. If you’re unable to visit in person, we would be very happy to send you a photograph once it has been placed, so you can feel reassured that your loved one is being remembered in such a special way.

After your leaf or flower has been added to the Memory Tree, you are always warmly welcome to visit whenever you wish during our opening hours, Monday to Sunday, 9am–5pm.
