"Thirty-five years ago, Heart of Kent Hospice opened its doors. Yet our story began long before that moment, driven by a small group of determined local people who believed our community deserved compassionate hospice care close to home. Through their vision, commitment and fundraising efforts, they laid the foundations for everything we celebrate today.
