This week is Dying Matters week, a time to reflect on the importance of talking about death and dying. Today also marks Advanced Care Planning Day, with a special focus on opening up discussion around our end of life wishes, whether that's how we want to be cared for, where we want to die or our funeral plans. When someone is diagnosed with a terminal illness, we know that having these discussions can be incredibly challenging. Our Training and Education team share their expert knowledge of palliative care with fellow healthcare professionals to help them to learn how to facilitate these conversations.
