From the moment you arrive, the night is full of life. Check in and get glittered up at our face paint station, while music and performers set the mood - with drinks stands on hand to keep things going.
Then it's time to set off into the dark. The trail is illuminated by colourful lights and the glow of everyone walking alongside you, creating a beautiful path through Cobtree Manor Park. Along the way, there's space to pause and remember the people who brought you here, surrounded by hundreds of others doing the same.
And thanks to our match funding partner Genco Construction Services, every donation will be matched pound for pound up to £15,000, so your fundraising goes twice as far this year!

Our volunteer team brave the pine needles and the cold to collect your real (spruce, fir or pine) trees over three days on Friday 9, Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 January 2026, allowing you to stay cosy and warm indoors.
We now collect Christmas trees across our entire supporter catchment area!

We kindly ask for a suggested donation of £15 per tree to continue providing exceptional specialist care for people with terminal illnesses.

Why your donation matters
£ 15 - Could go towards the costs for a specialist palliative care nurse to make a reassuring call to a patient
£ 25 - Could help provide counselling to a family member who is overwhelmed by grief and struggling to cope
£ 40 - Could provide tempting meals for someone in the Inpatient Unit
£ 100 - Could go towards the cost of a home visit from a specialist Hospice nurse – helping them to remain at home where they feel safe and loved this Christmas
