When people come together it helps us feel connected
Many of us face difficulties in life, loss, bereavement or caring for someone with a life limiting condition. Sadly, we may have lost loved ones or feel lonely, and the listening ear of a stranger can really help.
On Thursday 15 January, Heart of Kent Hospice will be hosting a Compassionate Café at Matestone Coffee and Tea House, Maidstone (near the town hall).
Our Compassionate Café is a space for members of our community who are affected by any type of loss or loneliness and would like to meet others and make friends.
The cafe will be a warm and welcoming venue, hosted by our trained Compassionate Neighbours making this the ideal place to feel comfortable for a friendly chat with others.
