Hospice Heroes is a restricted funding programme that gives businesses a direct way to fund a professional caregiver at Heart of Kent Hospice - either within the hospice or out in the community.
All donations to Hospice Heroes are restricted, meaning every pound goes solely towards funding a caregiver role, helping ensure compassionate skilled care is there for patients and families when they need it most.
