375 enthusiastic walkers and supporters of the Hospice raised an incredible £24,000 on the annual ‘Moonlit Memories Walk’ which took place at the new venue of Cobtree Manor Park on Saturday 5 October 2024.

After enjoying the pre-walk entertainment, warm up exercises and the opportunity to enjoy a glass of prosecco, everyone was able to enjoy a picturesque 5-mile walk along the river path before enjoying a fabulous new tree lit walk, for one night only, along the paths of Cobtree Manor Park.  Families were also able to choose a shorter 1-mile walking route option round the park.

This year’s event was sponsored by Version 1.

I was heartened to see such an amazing turnout at the Moonlit Memories Walk on Saturday! A heartfelt thank you to the 375 participants who walked our new route with their friends and families, honouring the memory of their loved ones. I am incredibly grateful to all our supporters and volunteers for their dedication, helping us raise an extraordinary amount for Heart of Kent Hospice.
