Rock the Mote Raffle for Heart of Kent Hospice – Terms and Conditions 

  1. Organiser: The raffle is organised by Heart of Kent Hospice, a registered charity no. 298164. 
  1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of Great Britain to purchase raffle tickets and enter the raffle. 
  1. Payment: All entries must be made via our Enthuse platform, with full payment required at the point of ticket purchase. 
  1. Ticket price: Each raffle ticket is priced at £2. Participants may purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per person. 
  1. Ticket Purchasing: All tickets must be purchased via Enthuse  
  1. Prize: The prize for the raffle is a set of four weekend tickets to Rock The Mote, taking place at Mote Park, 23 – 25 May 2025. There is no cash alternative.  
  1. Raffle period: The raffle will run from Monday 28 April to Thursday 15 May, inclusive. The draw will take place on Thursday 15th May at 15:00. 
  1. Draw details: The raffle draw will be conducted at Heart of Kent Hospice, Preston Hall, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 7PU. and the winner will be selected randomly using a digital generator. Heart of Kent Hospice Promotions Ltd members responsible for the promotion of the raffle are Ann-Marie Roper and Rachel Street. 
  1. Notification of winner: The winner will be notified via email and phone within 1 working day of the draw. The winner’s name will also be announced on our website and social media channels within 1 working day of the draw. 
  1. Claiming the prize: The winner must claim their prize within 3 working days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this period, a new winner will be drawn. 
  1. Use of funds: All proceeds from the raffle will go directly to Heart of Kent Hospice to support charitable activities. 
  1. Data protection: Personal data collected during the raffle will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle, unless you give us expressed permission to contact you for marketing purposes. Your personal data will never be shared with third parties. 
  1. General: By entering the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Heart of Kent Hospice reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
