Life brings tears, smiles and memories

The tears dry, the smiles fade, but the memories last forever

Nothing says the start of summer quite like the bright warm thoughts of a sunflower. Our annual Sunflower appeal gives you the opportunity to remember the smiles and memories that we have shared with our loved ones.

Remembrance and reflection are an important part of life here at the Hospice and this year we are inviting you to join us in creating a sea of yellow sustainable sunflower plaques, which will be on display in our beautiful Hospice garden on Friday 10 and Saturday 11 June.

Friday 10 June

10:00am – 12:00pm (noon)

2:00pm – 4:00pm

Saturday 11 June

10:00am – 12:00pm (noon)

2:00pm – 4:00pm

Together we can share memories and have a moment of quiet reflection, as we have done in years gone by. You will also be able to enjoy the refreshments being served from the café and purchase home-grown plants and shrubs.

By dedicating a sunflower plaque in memory of your loved one and making a donation, you are ensuring we can provide specialist care and support to terminally ill people and their loved ones. The care the Hospice provides does not stop when your loved one dies, we continue to support you and your family over the weeks and years that follow.

If you would like us to contact you to arrange your booking or to make a donation in memory, please complete the form below or please call Claire Ashby on 01622 795695, email claire.ashby@hokh.co.uk or visit our virtual Sunflower Garden here https://hokh22.sunflowermemories.org/
