The Chitty family’s extraordinary fundraising generosity

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Alan Chitty and his son and daughter Lloyd and Sam for their continued fundraising support in memory of their wife and mother Ann, who was cared for by the Hospice. The family have to date raised a staggering £12,192.05!
The family visited us here at the Hospice to present us with a cheque. Rachel Street, Chief Executive, said “It has been a pleasure getting to know Alan over the last year and meeting his children Lloyd and Sam. The time, effort and energy they have put into fundraising in memory of Ann is truly inspiring. Their generosity and kindness helps us to continue to provide outstanding care for terminally ill people in the local community when they need us most.”
The care and support our beautiful mum had at the Heart of Kent Hospice will stay in our hearts forever. The love and care was out of this world and supported our family too. Raising this money was the least we could do. Sam took to the skies and Lloyd did a charity boxing match. We will be forever grateful to the Hospice.
