Heart of Kent Hospice raises £28,200 from flagship Bluebell Walk
We were delighted to welcome 988 enthusiastic walkers of all ages on Sunday 5 May 2024 to enjoy a six-mile bluebell walk through the Kent countryside in aid of the Hospice.
This year’s Bluebell Walk has so far raised an incredible £28,200, with the total expected to rise further when final sponsorship money is collected.
Events Manager Maisie Bass said of the event “It was amazing to see over 980 walkers taking to the North Downs in the beautiful sunshine, to complete the Bluebell Walk this year! Thank you to everyone who took part, fundraised, and donated to ensure Heart of Kent Hospice can continue giving exceptional care to those who need it most. A huge thank you to all our volunteers who marshalled the route, parked cars and registered walkers, without which, this event could not take place."
An early bird discount of 10% is now available via the Heart of Kent Hospice website until 31 August for the 2025 event which takes place on 4 May 2025.
