We're excited to announce that we're launching our Thank-a-thon as part of Hospice Care Week, an opportunity to celebrate hospice care nationwide and the incredible work done to ensure everyone can benefit from the best end-of-life care. At Heart of Kent Hospice, we're celebrating by running our own Thank-a-thon, saying thank you to everyone who helps us by being here to care for those who need our support.
